BikeCityHub is committed to maintaining a safe platform for all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Our Commitment

• We strictly prohibit any content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation.
• Users are not permitted to upload, share, request, or distribute CSAM.
• Any attempt to exploit, groom, or endanger minors is strictly forbidden.
• Accounts involved in these activities will be permanently suspended.
• Illegal content will be removed immediately upon discovery.

Reporting Abuse

Users can report any suspicious content or user directly within the BikeCityHub application or by contacting our support team. All reports are reviewed as quickly as possible.

Law Enforcement Cooperation

BikeCityHub fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies and complies with applicable child protection laws. Where legally required, confirmed illegal content will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
