1Controller and overview
Özkan Güngör (contact: ozkangungor@hotmail.de) is the controller for data processing in connection with Coloring Pop (the “App”). The App is built for privacy: there is no account, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking, and it contains no third-party tracking SDKs.
2Data we do not collect
We do not collect your name, email address, postal address, location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data, advertising identifiers or usage analytics. The App does not send your data to us; we do not operate a server that receives data from the App. The web page that displays this policy uses no cookies and no analytics.
3Data stored only on your device
The App stores your language, coloring progress, music and notification settings, the information needed for reminders (such as your last picture) and your Premium status locally on your device. This data never reaches us. It is necessary to provide the App’s functions and is removed when you delete the App or clear its data.
4Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), which act as independent controllers under their own privacy policies. We never receive your payment details. The store’s billing service tells the App on your device whether a subscription is active.
5Notifications
If you allow it, the App can show optional friendly reminders when you have not opened it for a few days, for example about a picture you left unfinished. They are created locally on your device (local notifications): no push server is used, we store no notification token and no personal data is sent anywhere. You can turn reminders off in the App’s Settings or in your system settings at any time.
6Saving and sharing
When you choose to save or share a picture, the App creates the image on your device and hands it to your system’s share menu. What you share and with whom is your decision; how recipients handle it is outside our control.
7Permissions
The App requests only one optional permission: showing notifications. It does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, location or photo library.
8Children
The App is suitable for all ages. Because we do not collect personal data, we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). Purchases require an adult account holder; parents can use the parental controls of their store account.
9Retention and security
Data stays on your device until you delete the App or its data; we keep no copies. The App relies on the security features of your device’s operating system, such as app sandboxing and the device lock.
10Your rights
Because personal data is not transmitted to us, there is no personal data we hold that you could ask us to access, correct, delete or transfer. You can erase all local data at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing its storage. Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
11International matters, changes, contact
We do not transfer personal data. Apple and Google may process purchase data under their own policies, including outside your country. We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version. Questions or requests: Özkan Güngör, ozkangungor@hotmail.de.
