BikeCityHub is a mobile app published by Özkan Güngör (Dubai, United Arab Emirates). This page explains how to delete your BikeCityHub account and your data.
Option 1 — Delete in the app
Open BikeCityHub and sign in.
Tap the Profile tab.
Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete Account”.
Confirm. Your account and data are deleted right away. If asked, sign in again first (for security).
Option 2 — Request deletion by email (no app needed)
If you cannot open the app, email info@bikecityhub.com from the address linked to your account with the subject “Delete my BikeCityHub account” and your nickname. We will verify the request and delete your account and data within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your profile (nickname, linked email, profile photo) and settings, including your weight, step goal and step length
Messages you sent in community, event and private chats (private chat threads are removed for both participants)
Follow requests, ride offers, blocks, live-location data, notification tokens and feedback you submitted
What may be kept
To keep the community safe and meet legal obligations we may retain limited safety records (for example reports, moderation actions and mutes) about rule violations. Server backups, if any, are overwritten within 30 days. Subscriptions are billed by Google Play or the Apple App Store: deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — cancel it in your store account settings.
